1. What MyPara Academy is

We provide notes, videos, tests, and study tools for paramedical and nursing students. You can download the app and buy a paid plan from the website, the Android app, or the iOS app. The same mobile number keeps one account everywhere.

2. Who can use it

The app is for students and professionals, not for children under 13. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian’s consent. Use a mobile number that belongs to you, and keep your details accurate so your courses load correctly.

3. Your account

You log in with your mobile number and an OTP. Please use the same number on the website and in the app so your plan and progress stay together.

Keep your phone and OTP to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, email contact@myparaacademy.com and we will help. We may pause an account if it is being misused or if the law requires it.

4. Using the content

The videos, notes, and tests are for your personal study only. Please do not copy, share, record, or sell our content, or try to bypass a paid plan. Our material stays the property of MyPara Academy Pvt. Ltd.

If you post a comment, review, or question, you are responsible for it. We may remove anything that is harmful, illegal, or unfair to other students.

5. Study material

Our content is meant to help you practise and learn. It is not a replacement for your college, hospital training, or official exam notice. We cannot promise a rank, job, or result — that part is still yours.

6. Subscriptions and billing

You can buy a study plan on myparaacademy.com, in the Android app, or in the iOS app. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Use the same mobile number everywhere — your access stays on one account.

• Price, duration, and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay, on whichever platform you use.
• Unless checkout clearly says a plan renews, access lasts for the period you bought and then ends. We will not charge you again unless you agree at checkout.
• A price change later does not affect a plan you have already paid for.

For a plan change, billing question, or cancellation, email contact@myparaacademy.com or visit Support. Cancelling stops a future renewal if one exists; it does not always mean a refund for time already used. See Section 7 and our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails or is reversed, related access may pause until it is sorted.

7. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable, except:

• you were charged twice for the same payment because of a technical error — we refund the extra charge after checking
• paid content does not work because of a fault on our side, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your message
• the law requires a refund

Email contact@myparaacademy.com with your mobile number, payment details, and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original method in 7–14 business days.

8. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send study and account reminders. You can turn them off in your phone settings. We may still send important messages about login or a payment you made.

9. Availability

We work to keep the app running smoothly, but like any online service it may be down sometimes for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If we stop a paid feature you already bought, we will offer a fair alternative or a remedy under our refund rules.

10. Our responsibility

We provide the app and content as they are, with care, but we do not guarantee they will always be perfect or complete. To the extent Indian law allows, MyPara Academy Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect losses (for example, a missed exam or lost profit).

If something goes wrong that is our legal responsibility, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for that plan in the previous three months, or ₹1,000 if you have not paid us. This does not limit rights the law says we cannot take away — including for fraud, or harm caused by our negligence where the law forbids a limit.

If you are unhappy with the service, you can stop using it and, where Section 7 applies, ask for a refund.

11. Closing your account

You can leave anytime: Profile → Delete Account in the app, or email contact@myparaacademy.com. We may close an account that breaks these Terms. Rules on content, refunds, and this section still apply after you leave.

12. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the iOS app from Apple, these Terms are between you and MyPara Academy — not Apple. We are responsible for the app, support, study-plan purchases, and any claims about it. Apple does not have to provide maintenance. If the app itself fails a warranty that still applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund what you paid Apple for the app download, if anything. Study-plan refunds follow our Refund Policy. The app licence is for Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple’s terms. You also agree you are allowed to use the App Store under Apple’s rules. Apple may enforce this section as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Google Play

If you downloaded the Android app from Google Play, Google’s terms also apply to the store. MyPara Academy, not Google, is responsible for the app, study-plan purchases, and support.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms and post them at www.myparaacademy.com/legal/terms. If you continue using the app after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
